What drifts through our records
Sky Whale captures nothing personal on its voyage. No traveller's name, no cloud route, no device signature is recorded at any altitude.
Altitude logs (server logs)
Like a weather balloon's telemetry, our servers may automatically log: browser type, device category, and a masked IP fragment. These signals confirm the sky is navigable. They identify no individual.
No tracking drones
Sky Whale trails no advertising drones, no behavioural analytics satellites, and no third-party surveillance through its cloud layer.
The cloud supplier (Google Fonts)
Our typefaces arrive from Google Fonts. Your browser's connection to Google may include your IP address. Their documentation covers that pass through their clouds.
Young sky travellers
Sky Whale is a gentle, wonder-filled game for all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no age restrictions. Every dreamer is welcome aboard. We collect nothing from any player.
Altitude changes
If our practices change, this document will be updated and redated. Continued drifting after any change is acceptance of the new terms.
